Instead of added a field to designate whether a district was an overlay, these special zones were extracted from that layer and this layer was created as a result. This layer only includes true overlay districts. These are instances in which a zone overlays another zone. Some communities have districts containing the word "overlay", but they are not true overlays if there is no overlap with another zone.</SPAN></SPAN></P><DIV><P><SPAN /></P></DIV></DIV> |
